1.Applicable on all jewellery at GIVA Jewellery's website 2.Not applicable on Gold, Diamond, Coins, Utensils & Idols. 3.Order placed using these vouchers cannot be modified 4.Valid only in India 5.This is a GIVA Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on https://www.giva.co 6.The person who has the GIVA GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary. 7.Maximum of 5 GV/ GC can be used in one transaction. 8.Minimum amount of INR 100 to be redeemed per transaction 9.This is a ONE time use GV / GC. 10.No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV / GC will be given. 11.GIVA GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired. 12.GIVA GV / GC can be used during sale. 13.Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. 14.If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. 15.For any queries / issues related to GV / GC, raise a request at www.gvhelpdesk.com
